- Go to Manage Tips in BF Bot Manager. Can you see selections for your model in the list?
- Take the integration URL and search for your model in your browser. Do you see your selections?
- Check that your BF Bot Manager Strategy “Tipster Name” matches the automation name in Predictology here

If selections are not appearing in BF Bot Manager, the likely cause is a change in Betfair Market / Team IDs.Â
These occasionally get updated yet they do not advise anyone, meaning they can only be corrected retrospectively.Â
You can easily spot this scenario in the Markets View on the Bot and it will show no live scores. Here is an example:
If you see this, you can let BF Bot Manager know and they will update the ID records
BF Bot Manager is a third-party software and requires a license directly from them.

At the current time, it is only possible to automate your betting and trading with BF Bot Manager.
We do not have an integration with any other software provider.
At the current time, you can only automate your betting with the Betfair Exchange via a BF Bot Manager connection.
We do not support other exchanges such as Smarkets, Betdaq or OrbitX
BF Bot Manager requires 24/7 access to the internet and will only work on a Windows computer.
That said, we highly recommend investing in a VPS (Virtual Private Server).
This allows you to run a windows machine on a cloud server.
This has a number of benefits including allowing you to place bets 24/7 whether your computer is on or not.
It is also ensures a more relaible and stable internet connection than a traditional home WifI.
It also means Mac users can use BF Bot Manager, including ourselves.
We have personally used Simply Hosting for 8+ years without any problems.

So what is important to note here is that we don’t have Betfair odds in the database. However, the system builder inflates the price when you select a lay model system. We use different tiers to pretty accurately match the BF prices.
However, when you get the latest selections you’ll only see bookmaker odds. Hence the difference in price.
So you would take the price on the exchange, even if it is higher, unless it is vastly different. As the underlying model is based on a close representation of the BF odds.
In summary, in relation to the system builder and predictions.
Performance tables / ROI = use Max and price inflation
Export results = Max and price inflation
Daily Digest = will use average odds. This is not the guide price for the lay
Bet Tracker = will use the average odds. The purpose here is for you to add your own price and confirm the bet for tracking

The Match Shortlists are not designed for solely betting tip purposes. They are a shortlist, not a tip, as the name suggests.
If you want to get closer to the lay price by selecting Maximum Odds from the drop down. Here is a recent example:

The selections sent out in the morning are correct at that exact moment. However, any model that has an odds filter can have their qualification change during the day as the live odds change.
The Bot will manage this and add / remove selections from the feed depending on how the markets react. This is the most accurate way to follow any model.
That said, we’ve had several members test simply betting what is available at a set time of day. They noticed no major difference to the overal profit levels over a period of time.

Currently we do not advise betting the Best Bet selections via automation as the current view is to lock in the value at the earliest opportunity.
