Estudiantes (Arg) vs Bragantino (Bra)
Estudiantes de la Plata have been one of the most reliable teams so far this season and even more so when playing at home, being first in the Argentinian league and first in their Copa Libertadores group. They face Bragantino, who are a team with great offensive power but a very poor defence. Without going any further we can expect a clear win for Estudiantes, with goals from both teams.
Both teams are in very similar situations, they are great teams in their countries that have had a great last season, which has qualified them to play in this Copa Libertadores, however this year neither team is performing as expected. Neither team has been able to win so far in the group stage, so they will take this match as a true final. Having said that, Nacional are a slightly stronger team overall, our prediction is a draw although we would not be surprised to see a win for the Uruguayan team.

Corinthians (Bra) vs Boca Juniors (Arg)
Boca have been in a very bad way these last few weeks, all the TV shows in Argentina are talking about how bad Boca are doing and asking themselves what they are waiting for to fire their coach Sebastian Battaglia. On the other hand Corinthians is a team that is very well known, that has been winning lately and therefore much more reliable, that has started with two victories in the Brazilian league. For these reasons we consider Corinthians to be favourites to win, possibly by a two or three goal difference.
One point to note is that Corinthians are supposedly suffering with Covid cases across their players. There are no details currently on which players, but keep an eye on team news ahead of the kick off and adjust your betting accordingly.
Colo Colo (Chi) vs River Plate (Arg)
Although the last few weeks have not been as positive as their coach Marcelo Gallardo would like, River are still the best team in Argentina and one of the best in the continent, and this time they are facing a tough opponent, who are currently in first place in the Chilean league. This match will depend a lot on Colo Colo’s approach, as very defensive teams that play on the counter-attack are the ones that usually complicate River. However, without further ado, a River victory is to be expected.
